Dream House has several locations around the city.

*Students do not have the option to pick a specific location as it depends on availability.

Note that Dream House's booking process is meticulous and availability changes quickly. To hold a room, an online payment of $275 CAD (non-refundable) is needed. If there is availability, information with the payment link will be shared via email. Accommodation is not guaranteed until a booking confirmation email has been received.

Additionally, students are required to purchase third-party liability insurance for the duration of their stay in the residence. They can either arrange it independently and provide proof of coverage or purchase it through Bayswater. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet this requirement.

Dream House

A student communal house featuring individual bedrooms, in-unit kitchens, and shared or private bathrooms. Dream House locations are in vibrant neighborhoods known for their lively nightlife, providing an exciting atmosphere for residents. Generally 10 min walking distance from a subway station, close to either convenience store, pharmacy, grocery store, bars and restaurants.

Room price options vary from shared bathroom to private bathroom.

Minimum stay: 4 weeks.

Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, pans, microwave, mixer, coffee maker and cutlery. Cutlery is shared. Student get a set of plates and cups assigned by color code.

Cleaning

A weekly light cleaning service is offered in living room and bedrooms. However, students are accountable for maintaining the overall cleanliness of their own rooms and house. Bed changes are not part of the service.

Residence facilities

A shared recreational space is available to all residents, providing amenities such as a pool table, a TV, and an aerobic room. Additionally, residents have access to a patio for BBQ furnished with chairs and tables.
