Casa residence has several locations.

All prices are per person:

Standard Single Room / Shared Bathroom	$480/week
Standard Twin Room / Shared Bathroom	$400/week

*Twin rooms are only for two people travelling together.

Note that Casa's booking process is meticulous and availability changes quickly. To hold a room, an online payment of $275 CAD (non-refundable) is needed. If there is availability, information with the payment link will be shared via email. Accommodation is not guaranteed until a booking confirmation email has been received.

Additionally, students are required to purchase third-party liability insurance for the duration of their stay in the residence. They can either arrange it independently and provide proof of coverage or purchase it through Bayswater. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet this requirement.

Casa Residence

Casa residence provides students with comfortable rooms in a well-furnished apartment. It is for students who are responsible, mature and seeking independence. Generally a short walk away from shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and a mere five-minute stroll to St. Clair Subway Station. This residence is also in close proximity to several of the Toronto's famous destinations.

Minimum stay: 4 weeks.
